1. Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based digital software services (SaaS) offered by FileProtectApp.com. As we provide digital services only, no physical goods are sold, returned, or exchanged.

2. No Physical Returns

Because our products are delivered digitally: there are no physical items to return and traditional return or exchange processes do not apply. All refund requests are handled according to the terms below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: Duplicate or accidental charges, billing errors, technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team, or failure to deliver access within a reasonable time after purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following situations: Change of mind after access to the software has been granted, partial use of the subscription period, failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle, inactivity or non-usage of the service, or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard. Upon cancellation: The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
